At first I thought there was no solution for my problem and then a blessing was put into my lap. They found a way to work with my problem and turn it into a win win for me and the company. I definitely left here happy and recommend everybody come to this Toyota location and ask for Ajay. I'd like to give a big thank you the two associates that helped me out of a horrible situation and this definitely changed my life and bettered my future. P.S. Some issues Robert was awesome...what happened was out of his control. What I called to make the appointment I requested another key fob be ordered. That did no Robert was awesome...what happened was out of his control. What I called to make the appointment I requested another key fob be ordered. That did not happen.....it was ordered and would come in the next day, so I had to make a return trip. That return trip, the fob was there, but when they cut the key, it was cut wrong and could not be fixed. So now, I have to make another trip back to the dealership to get the new fob. Hopefully, they will cut this one correctly. Also found out Toyota quit making the Venza....I wanted a new one, but don't want another type of car. I love my Venza. More

Good service, some problems I was able to schedule my routine 10M service quickly and easily. The appointment was available at a convenient time. Service took lees time than ex I was able to schedule my routine 10M service quickly and easily. The appointment was available at a convenient time. Service took lees time than expected. However, I found a big greasy boot print on the carpet which I had to report. I had to go back into the service center to have it cleaned by the detailing department. It didn't take too long but added additional time to the visit. It was very disappointing to have this go unnoticed and disappointing that it wasn't prevented in the first place. More

Easy, comfortable, and fun car buying experience I spent over a month looking for a car before I made it to Beaverton Toyota. This was the first time that I felt comfortable buying car somewhere. Za I spent over a month looking for a car before I made it to Beaverton Toyota. This was the first time that I felt comfortable buying car somewhere. Zack made me feel very relaxed about the process, it wasn't rushed and it wasn't intimidating. He was very helpful and friendly. I had to take a break in the day to get food, and while we were gone Zack pulled some more cars up to the front of the dealership for me to look at. I didn't have to deal with a million questions and pressure if I said I didn't like a car, we just moved on. The other employees were friendly and helpful even though I was already working with Zack. The dealership is very open and comfortable, with a nice café, water, coffee, etc. For someone who knows next to nothing about cars or loans, the process was easy and felt comfortable. Zack was very patient with me when I asked lots of questions. He made sure that I understood the process and what was needed. And now after I have purchased my car, he has been helpful in making sure everything worked out with my loan and that the car is a good fit for me, which it definitely is! More
