My next car will also come from Beaverton Toyota and I hope Joel is still there when I do. More

Very slow service Car was put for sale without getting it ready, one of the keys was not working and one of the remotes was broken. It was not and still isn't clear what kind of service was done to the car at the dealership before it was put for sale. I also noticed that wrong size of new tires were installed, and a gas tank was almost empty. Price was over the market value but nothing special was done to the car. Financing was done pretty much in the hallway of the dealership without any privacy, I usually sit in the finance office with financing employee and do the paperwork but this deal had a lots of unknowns and I was not comfortable. This was not a bad experience but definitely was not a good one. More
