Amazing service My 2007 Toyota Camry's engine was replaced during a recent road trip by a Toyota dealer in Washington. Within a short period of time the engine starte My 2007 Toyota Camry's engine was replaced during a recent road trip by a Toyota dealer in Washington. Within a short period of time the engine started leaking coolant, misfired and did not sound right. This time, I took the car to Beaverton Toyota and was informed that the engine needs major and expensive work. Andrew Blaine, the service advisor took the time to explain in details the engine problems while demonstrating deep professionalism combined with outstanding curtesy and empathy to me as a customer. This was a very a wonderful and impressive "first contact" with the dealership. Working on an engine previously installed by another dealer posed some finacial hurdles but Beaverton Toyota team of John Krebaback, Smiles Dominici and Andrew Blaine worked relentlessly to co-ordinate and negotiate on my behalf the coverage of all expenses by Toyota I-5 Toyota's team of Jake Koelbi and Mark Alexander. The Beaverton Toyota team ensured that every part that needed replacement was replaced to ensure "....a running engine that is up to their strict standards....". What an amazing team that takes so much pride in their work!!! There was no charge for this major re-work and now the car runs smoothly and I couldn't be happier. What an experience!!! In short, I would highly recommend the Beaverton Toyota service department. More
