We scheduled a meeting with a representative about 30 minutes before we came in and met with someone that was willing to educate us on a vehicle. No pressure for anything. He showed us several versions of what we were interested in, answered all of our questions and took us on multiple test drives so we could really decide if this was the type of vehicle we wanted.They had several styles, colors, etc of the different vehicle so we could visually see different options. This dealership offers 100,000 mile/10 year power train warranty on new vehicles! What a way to say "we support our product". They also post the price right up front for all new vehicles and accessories. They let us know first thing that this is the price, no haggling or stressing on what the price will be. Just a very straightforward no stress process. The next day we decided to come back and we told the representative ideally what we wanted. He found us the perfect vehicle with EXACTLY what we wanted, then he worked with another dealer to get us the one we wanted even though Beaverton didn't have it in stock. By the next day we had our vehicle. Even then after the sale was made our representative spent time reviewing how to operate the vehicle features, how to utilize the services that came from the dealership, etc. He spent all the time necessary to make me feel comfortable, helped me set up my phone into the vehicle system, etc and reminded me to call with any questions. Complete detail with average quality I took advantage of a coupon received by email for a complete detail service. During the drop off process, the service adviser informed me that there I took advantage of a coupon received by email for a complete detail service. During the drop off process, the service adviser informed me that there would be an additional $15 fee for materials that was not disclosed in the coupon. I also found out that waxing was not included in the "complete" detail service. After adding the waxing service for an extra fee, the service adviser was kind enough to drop the $15. The following day I picked up my car, but after further inspection at home there were quite a bit of missed spots: Top trunk door jams was dirty and was never wiped down. There was a white residue on the front grill from cleaning chemicals. Engine and sidewalls still had some dirt and was not completely wiped down. Front and rear windows was still hazy from the inside. The detail service at this dealership was average at best. It's worth paying a little extra to get it done at a professional detail shop next time. More

Patrice helped us work with the other dealer to ensure we received the warranty we purchased and got a new tire ordered. The day before the tire was to arrive, a second tire on our car got a nail in it and went flat as well. The spare was already on the car and I was prepared for a frustrating night of long waits. However, Patrice got me in and out of the service center in less than 30 minutes. We had the car scheduled to repair and have both tires fixed within one day and I drove off in a rental. The next day, I returned the rental and picked up my completed car all within fifteen minutes. Patrice was competent, efficient and friendly throughout the entire experience. Typically, dealing with car service can be a real pain. Patrice made the process flow smoothly and I was back on the road immediately. Thank you! More
