Customer Service at its finest!! I brought my Corolla in for repair. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a $475 repair began. When the repair was completed, I was notified that the initial diagnosis was not the true issue. Since the wrong repair had been suggested, Beaverton Toyota covered the entire cost to repair the real problem, which was significantly more extensive and costly. Mistakes can happen. It's how you deal with them that shows what you're made of. I couldn't be happier with how this was handled. Ed Zeissler and team communicated well and were always professional. This was important to me as I almost always get turned off of typical salesman personalities. I believe that he embodies this dealership's 'CLEAR' mentality. He was direct, very low pressure (which helped in my case), and concerned that I was happy with what I was going to buy. He was admittedly not fully up to date on the type of vehicle I was looking at, but still managed to get all my questions answered. I walked out after the initial encounter, wanting to sleep on it for a couple days. He took the initial delay professionally and even called to follow up.
