Good experience, incomplete car. Friendly dealer but our certified used car came from the factory with alloy wheels but ours had hub caps and a missing owners manual. David Kinney went above and beyond to find a 2017 Camry, not only with the interior and exterior colors that we like but also with the same price. He was very courteous and patient throughout the process, which put us at ease even though we were the last ones left in the dealership center and it was very late at night. After turned the keys to us, David Kinney also took some time to tutor us how to operate the new 2017 Camry and its features. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and just down to earth. Also we were very happy with Beaverton Toyota's One Price policy. We got a fair deal without the extra worries on bargaining. We would recommend Beaverton Toyota to our friends and family. More

Oil change I always enjoy my service at Toyota. I asked a couple questions that were oddly answered and the report I have questions about. I previously have had I always enjoy my service at Toyota. I previously have had the level of my brakes marked on the sheet, but when I asked this time why that didn't happen last time, was told it doesn't happen and that it hadn't been happening. It would be $13 to check my brakes. Since my brakes are Toyota and I've had this happen in past years (the car has been coming since 1999), a courtesy check is helpful! Also, if a service manager was chosen, why can't the appointments be made with that person again? If I don't ask, I get random people...my usual person is Dan Martini. And my last question, on the sheet where the tire check is located...the service person keeps checking GOOD on the spare tire check...however, I know my trunk is loaded with stuff, how is this check happening??? If you can't check, it should be marked that way. I do need it checked, but forgot to move stuff from my trunk... Thanks, just a few concerns... More

Needless to say, a few days ago I walked into the dealership expecting all of this. It's just how it goes, right? Not anymore. Beaverton Toyota has reinvented the car buying experience to make it what it should be - fun, exciting, and most importantly, you feel confident in your decision to purchase a vehicle. The entire process was incredibly informative, and never once did I feel pressured. All of the options I had available from the finance perspective was laid out to me on an iPad side-by-side so I could see what would work best for me. I didn't get shipped off to a closer, or a separate person for finance-I spent the entire afternoon through every process with my sales rep, Peter Fenton, which I cannot say enough good things about. I would absolutely recommend this to be a dealership you check out if you were looking to buy a new or used car. I know I will definitely be coming back. More
