Major Oil Leak Went in for a tune-up and found out I had a major oil leak. When presented with the quote I was not prepared for the price and wanted to sit with it f Went in for a tune-up and found out I had a major oil leak. When presented with the quote I was not prepared for the price and wanted to sit with it for a bit. They were happy to let me take the quote with me and do a little research on my own before making a decision. After a little research and flipping through shop manuals I understood why the quote was what it was. I dropped my car off the next morning and they had me in a rental in no time! I enjoy being able to fix certain things myself when I have the time and can do the proper research. However I would not be comfortable diving this deep in the engine myself. Great customer service and I will continue to be a repeat customer. More

Super experience with Toyota repair. They were able to correctly diagnose the problem with my Camry within 15 minutes. Probably took us about 1.5 hours until we chose the specific 4runner we wanted. Dealership seemed pretty busy, so the paperwork did take a bit longer then we expected. Price is fixed at this dealership, but I had looked around beforehand and it seemed comparable to other dealerships. Muhammed was great to work with, easy going, no pressure, was very attentive to us while we made our decision, took care of us with some refreshments while we waited. We enjoyed working with him.
