Prius died So of course it is going to be a great review, I did not end paying for anything and the part was covered under warranty. Only thing is if I knew this would happen to a Prius I probably would not have bought one. Otherwise it would have cost me 3500 dollars. Not many miles on the car only 43k. He anticipated my questions with concise answers and did follow-thru to ensure my needs were met. I was surprised that there was no pressure and I was encouraged to do research and explore other choices outside their dealership, with the cavaet that I likely would return once I was more acquainted with all my alternative purchase options. The dealership was like visiting a friends house with continued inquiries as to did I need anything - food/drink - and I was given the rock-star tour which included a splendid snack bar where customers were enjoying great looking salads, sandwiches, healthy food and sweet treats while their car was being serviced. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience without the danger of sounding like I am "hired" to rave about them - BUT THIS REALLY WAS MY EXPERIENCE. If you can, try to work with David Kinney - HE IS AWESOME, and such a delight to spend time with during what could have been a stressful and intimidating process - but David took away all the anxiety and made it FUN to search for my new car. The manager stopped by to ensure I was being taken well care of and the man overseeing my new leather seats gave me all the time for questions that I needed and show me where on the car the upgrades would be. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, especially after I had visited 4 other different-band dealers before going to Beaverton Toyota - where I found misinformation, confusion, less than friendly reps. You owe it to yourself to at least pay a visit to Beaverton Toyota and let them help you find a way to buy a new or used Toyota vehicle! PS I previously owned a Camry, then a Kia Sorento.... and I couldn't WAIT to get back into the Toyota family - for the quality of vehicle, attention to detail and customer service.
