After a couple of weeks I noticed a few repairs were needed. To complicate matters, I was on a tight schedule, I was scheduled to leave town the following week and would be away for a few months. I took my concerns to James who quickly wrote a work order. Rick promptly called, scheduled the work and reassured the repairs would be completed right away. Josh oversaw the remainder of the process. These three professionals worked seamlessly. The repairs were completed on time as promised. I would describe the service I received as friendly, efficient, reliable. In a day and age where it seems customer service is on the decline, I can say, emphatically, the Pros at Beaverton Toyota are exceptional! All of my dealings with Beaverton Toyota have been first class. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. The next time I purchase a vehicle, I'll be buying from James and his team.
