I was pleasantly surprised with the up front value of my trade in that was given to me. He hit the number right on the button. Super awesome! The whole buying process was very smooth and hassle free. I've received excellent service from him as well as the staff who were all great to work with. I highly recommend doing business with them. As someone who values integrity and transparency greatly when it comes to making big purchases, and they've met all of those expectations to a T. More

Worst service from registration to the end. No communication with each other and poor communication with me. I had to ask what comes with 20k service under Toyota care and was shown a sc No communication with each other and poor communication with me. I had to ask what comes with 20k service under Toyota care and was shown a screen with a list of services totaling over $300. I restated the car is covered by Toyota Care and was Informed that only an oil change and inspection are covered. From the list of items shown I selected to add an engine air filter replacement service and was informed it would be $49.95. I agreed to the price if the air filter was needed. I requested if I could come back to pick up my car in about 2 hours and was told that would be fine. There was no communication except a text message stating my car was done an hour after drop off. Upon my return I was given a paper with a total of over a $100. I looked at the paper looked at the service advisor and he remembered I had Toyota care. He said let me re-work the papers, printed some pages, put a bunch together then said he did it wrong again. retyped it after consulting with a peer and then printed another stack of papers. He gave 1 invoice to his peer, 1 to me and one to the cashier. I was then told it would be $51.60 and was requested my signature. The service advisor walked away. I asked the cashier if I could please have a copy of my multiple point inspection. She stated it would be emailed to me. I asked if I could provide an email and she said they should have already done that. I checked my email on case it had arrived. I informed the cashier it wasn't there and asked if I could please get it printed. She informed me I needed to go back to the service advisor. Arriving at the service advisor again he said sure give me a moment printed 2 pages, stapled and said follow that gentleman. I asked for my key he said please follow that man over there and pointed to another gentleman. Upon arriving with that gentleman, I asked him for my key and he said follow me, turned and walked away. I followed him as requested, arrived at my car. He pulled the cone off the top, said the key is inside and walked away. I then opened the door to put my backpack down and opened the report that was handed to me by the service advisor to review my multi point inspection. At this time I noticed there was no inspection result in this report. The document only listed the services I requested which were an oil change, engine air replacement, and multi point inspection. It did not state whether these items were completed or needed and the status of my car. I looked around and found nobody in sight. I called another Toyota dealership informing them of what happened and asked if they could complete a multiple inspection since I no longer trusted this facility. I was informed it would be an additional $40. I said thank you and ended the call. I then searched for the next closest dealership which was Royal Moore Toyota, 7.6 miles away. I pulled in to their service department informed them what happened and they agreed to complete the inspection at no cost to me. They found my engine air replacement had not been completed by Beaverton Toyota even though I was charged for it; my oil plug was left loose, my car was leaking oil and the oil filter had not been placed all the way onto the car. I have a long trip this weekend with children and this dealership's actions and services would have created an emergency for my family and others on the road. More
