I didn’t know I'm lucky to live so close to our Beaverton Toyota Dealer. I went directly to them when I became interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I didn’t know anyone from the lot but was familiar with its location and it appeared very well kept and professional. I was lucky enough to be greeted by David Stephens whom, I didn’t know at the time, was one of the highest ranking reps at this location. He was friendly and genuine about my interests. After some time I decided that a new car would be too costly and I didn’t feel any resistance when I decided to look a Toyota Certified vehicle instead. That was a relief and very unlike the rest of the car purchases I’ve made. It took me weeks after first meeting him to make my decision but David patiently answered every question and made himself available every time I came to the dealership unannounced to take a test drive. I’d like to note that everyone who worked there was all smiles and looked like they loved what they did… that made a big difference. It was purchase week and we ran into a few loan complications. Andrew Hudson stepped in to ensure that the deal was still rolling and provided detailed insight concerning the progress of my loan. I was instantly put at ease by the clear and concise way in which he handled the financial portion of the deal. Car pick up was easy. I met the maintenance team, all of which are courteous and upbeat. I’ll be seeing them again since we’re going to make some small repairs soon. I have total confidence in them. Overall this was, by far, the best vehicle purchase experience!I’ve already passed on my impression and recommendation to friends and family in the Portland area. I’m excited to buy my next car there too! More
