I had one bad experience: The service technician did not return my lug nut wrench used to remove the locking lug nuts. I mention this because another technician on a previous visit also did not return it resulting in two follow-up visits. On this visit Rob promptly retrieved it from the technician when I asked his help. More
Pretty good experience Was a good experience. If you need a car this is a good place to shop. They were very friendly when you walk in. Only deal with one person throughout. Was a good experience. experience is good except for the up-selling I always have great service at Beaverton Toyota except the last 2 times I've been there it was recommended my brake fluid be changed. The brake fluid I always have great service at Beaverton Toyota except the last 2 times I've been there it was recommended my brake fluid be changed. The brake fluid is clear and does not have a bad smell so according to my research I don't need to spend almost $150 to have it changed. I have to trust the dealership to give me good information not upsell me like Jiffy Lube does so this part of the experience was really disappointing. More

On lot salesman Joel Iwanaga asked to help me and he found car soon. Joel made me and partner feel very comfortable and always asked if he could get us something to make us feel better. We talked awhile and went for a test drive in the new Camry. We talked price and Joel and sales manager looked at my trade in. We made a firm deal and I told him would think about it a couple of days. Came back a few days later and bought new 2017 Toyota Camry. The experience was easy and Joel did a great job explaining the process of paper work and car. Recommend Joel as he really works hard for the customer and does a great job. More

Great salesman!! After looking at several dealerships for what we wanted, we got call from salesman (Ajay Coomber) and he had found the vehicle no one else could. We After looking at several dealerships for what we wanted, we got call from salesman (Ajay Coomber) and he had found the vehicle no one else could. We drove from Tillamook & when we arrived vehicle was ready to go. Ajay took his time and went over everything on truck and was very thorough and extremely helpful. Great personality, actually made it fun! We also dealt with Celso, another great employee! We will be back and hopefully Ajay will still be there! More
Great car buying experience John and Tyler were so helpful in my buying experience. No pressure. Answered all my questions. Didn't feel rushed or pushed toward purchasing a car. I run a business and do not have time for the traditional lying and jerking around that still happens in car buying. Disgusted with the last 3 dealerships I visited, I emailed Beaverton Toyota about a new 4Runner and Richard Kim responded. He then called me and invited me in. He even emailed me the car and the price so I had it in writing before I wasted anymore time car shopping. I went in pre approved through my credit union and Richard sold me the car. I was in and out in 2 hours. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. The best part was Richard Kim was the only person I really had to deal with from start to finish and he was so pleasant to work with I could hardly believe it. (A finance manager came out at one point and tried to sell me on financing with Toyota instead of my CU and I am pretty sure that even though I told him not to, he tried to shop my loan. That wasn't cool but in the end he did not come back). Richard showed me a few things on my new car and then handed me the keys. It was that easy! More

I was very relieved to see my service advisor (Patrice) sitting at her desk. All of my concerns were handled and even without an appointment I still had my truck back in the same day! When that level of service melts your concerns you have a customer for life! More
Would not go again for old Toyota services This review is for service only for 1986 Toyota Pickup. Would not recommend this service center for old vehicles. I have a newer Toyota too which I service there but won't go again for classic car. Brought my Toyota motorhome to them for what I thought was an overdrive prblem(the base is a Toyota Hikux 1986 Pickup, classic car, still used heavily everywhere around the world and US) In short, I took a trip in Eastern Oregon and as soon as I crossed the passes, the car would not go in overdrive. Traveled 1000 miles but no overdrive. As soon as I descended back in the valley, it started working again. Took it immediately to dealer. After inspection, was told that the shift gear assy needs changing but since vehicle is old, you cannot find the part anymore. Basically they washed their hands. I went home, took the user manual out of dashboard, read the overdrive section. Clearly states that at 4000ft, the onboard altitude sensor disables the overdrive, then when under 3000ft, goes back in. That explains it all. Clearly the service guys have no experience with older cars. Cons: - the service advisor was useless in recommending me any other shop or solution; basically washed their hands, they don't want headaches it seems like; in simple words I would have needed to throw the car away or live with a malfunction if it were up to them; I cannot believe a dealer as big as BT cannot recommend other shops in whole Portland Metro to custom fix certain issues with older models (the advisor got irritated after I asked for solutions and options) - they identified as malfunction something that even the simple user manual says it is not; this makes me think I cannot use this dealership for any complex service since they may not know how to - I always feel like in a shopping mall or on a fast food line there, despite the cleanliness and multiple service advisors etc, there is no custom service; you are lucky if you have the opportunity to catch the mechanic who inspected/fixed your car and ask further questions; the service advisors are middle men that most likely do not have any or very little technical knowledge; I get they do it for efficiency but still, price is high and you would want some 1:1 with your mechanic - asked 2hrs of labor to check my rear brakes condition which I declined (over 200$ to inspect the brakes was rather steep) - every operation duration is normed so you end up paying high $ for simple operations that probably take half the time (i.e. the spark plugs at this model are easily accessible so it is easy to replace; I paid $100 - 1 hr labor to replace something so easy, it was my choice though to pay for being lazy to to it myself); I would expect adjustments from time quoted vs actual time it took to perform the change Pros: - clean, shutle offered, waiting area great - did not charge me for the inspection - newer cars they did good so far for me (even though they tend to replace and not fix so cost may be to high side, had two newer cars serviced with them) More
