Being able to research cars on the internet gave me a good idea of what I wanted. I like that I did not have to haggle over the price. I got exactly the price that was advertised on the internet. Also, I am glad that I was able to get all the features that I wanted on my new car even thought I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive. It was a much better experience than previously when I was encouraged to drive the car off the lot on the same day that I test drove it. With that experience, I always wished that I could get something more -- a different color, a sun roof, GPS system, etc. With my new car, I got everything that I wanted and did not feel that I had to compromise. Exceptional process, our best car buying experience We have been looking for a new SUV for our family of six that includes four growing boys. We met salesman David Kinney at the door and he was amazing We have been looking for a new SUV for our family of six that includes four growing boys. We met salesman David Kinney at the door and he was amazing. He was knowledgable, efficient, friendly, went above and beyond in his work with us, and offered us a respectful trade in value for our old car. I loved the fact that from start to finish all we dealt with was David, he explained every step of the process thoroughly and didn't push us over the top on the extra things for our new car. We had already established financing with our local credit union which was a half hour drive away, it was near dinner time for our family of boys, and David saved us a trip back out to the dealership by following us with the new car to our local credit union so we could get the check and transfer the car there instead of making a trip back to the dealership. The dealership itself is modern, updated, and comfortable to spend the time in that it takes to get a deal done. The time of the process was reasonable, and we felt welcomed every step of the way. Overall a very good experience, we couldn't have been happier. More

He was very patient with me while deciding what car I wanted to settle on, and he also was extremely knowledgeable about every other car I asked him about.
