Easy Buying I did a lot of research before we went in. We were downsizing from a Suburban. I had a lot of questions that Kevin was able to answer in detail and during this process he showed us other options higher and lower price. I think we were there for an hour and a half. We also asked to see a Sequioa but we decided not to test drive it and stick with the Highlander. We left with no pressure for us to buy. I emailed Kevin later in the day and told him which one we wanted and came in the next day and purchased it. It is easy just dealing with one person. After the paperwork, Kevin thoroughly went over the computer (and the car too). Synched our phones with the bluetooth, etc. The whole process was easy and relaxed. More

Wow! Beaverton Toyota came through for me again! I had a "ticking" coming from driver's front tire and couldn't find the source until I took it in to the shop. It turns out I had about a 3/8" bolt s I had a "ticking" coming from driver's front tire and couldn't find the source until I took it in to the shop. It turns out I had about a 3/8" bolt stuck through my tread. The shop was so busy they said they didn't think they could do anything other than put my spare on that day but they took it over to the shop and the manager of the shop looked at it and decided he could repair it right then. What a relief! I had to be at an appointment about 20 miles away and they took care of it in about 1/2 an hour and I didn't have to come back another day to get the tire repaired. I felt like they provided service beyond the norm for me that day. Thanks again to Beaverton Toyota. More
