Helped when he didn't have to. I had bought a Tundra weeks prior and I couldn't get the navigation system working properly. John was not my salesman, but he spent the time necessary to troubleshoot the problem and get me back on the road. I was really impressed that John and my salesman, Chase, did everything in their power to make sure I was totally happy with my new truck. It was good teamwork and I would recommend both of these guys if you're looking to buy a car. More

I had the luck to meet with Kevin Speer who took the time to show me the great options of the 2016 Highlander. There was no feeling that he was pressuring me, he just took the time to show what the vehicle had and sold me on the value from start to finish. He and his manager, Celso Olivas worked with me to find the term options that I was comfortable with. This is my first Toyota and I am very happy to have found Beaverton Toyota and I would buy from Kevin again in a heartbeat! More

Great Service We are very impressed with the service here. From the vehicle purchase through some rather odd service items, the team is great to work with. Most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced! Peter Fenton was a great person to deal with, the show room was very busy and he took the time we needed to answer all of our questions. We changed o Peter Fenton was a great person to deal with, the show room was very busy and he took the time we needed to answer all of our questions. We changed our focus 2-3 times on different models of the RAV4. A friend referred us to the dealership, and she was rewarded with your $99.00 incentive, which she was unaware of! His attention to detail was exceptional and we would purchase another vehicle with his assistance in the future. We are loving our new vehicle a great deal. More
A wait too long. We made and appointment for 7:30 AM and were assured that the simple safety recall (rear seat belt adjustment) and oil change would be “2 hours max.” We made and appointment for 7:30 AM and were assured that the simple safety recall (rear seat belt adjustment) and oil change would be “2 hours max.” I arrived about 10 minutes early by had to wait until about 7:45 before my service representative showed up with a “sorry I was in the parts department” explanation for his lateness. He reassured me that the service “shouldn’t take too long.” I waited patiently in the lobby and watched a parade of customers called who arrived much later than me complete their transactions. From what I could not help but overhear, the work that needed to be completed on their vehicles was much more extensive (and therefore more profitable?) than less complicated “repair.” Perhaps because the "voluntary” (Toyota’s word not mine) was free to me but $0 profit to Toyota, it was given low priority. Finally, at about 10:35 AM, I lost my patience and went to check in with my service representative who immediately check in with his mechanics (I assume) who apparently informed him that the work was complete. 45 minutes later, my service representative finally greeted me to let me know the work was completed. Total waiting time: Approximately 4 hours. To their credit the operator who made our appointment did offer a shuttle ride home. I refused because I was led to believe my wait would not be long. Perhaps I should have accepted the offer. I have no interest in blaming anyone for the excessive waiting time. Who knows what could have caused it? I just think it needed to be noted. I’m sure whoever from Toyota read this will respond with a canned “we are sorry for the inconvenience” response, but a “service recovery” of this customer would take more than just words. I have serious misgivings about using this service department again. Ironically, we are on the verge of purchasing a new vehicle. I was leaning toward a Toyota, but after today’s experience---I am inclined not to purchase a new Toyota, at least from this dealer. More

2016 Toyota Tacoma Purchase Experience While my initial conversation with Beaverton Toyota got off to a rocky start, Tyler Nelson stepped in and made the experience great. For the week lead While my initial conversation with Beaverton Toyota got off to a rocky start, Tyler Nelson stepped in and made the experience great. For the week leading up to my visit, Tyler stayed in contact with me via phone/text sending ideas for trucks I'd like and finding times that worked to meet. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Kyle G. who took me to see a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. While I loved the truck, I knew it was outside my budget, but I shared my payment ceiling and with the help of Tyler and their Sales Manager James Harding, I drove away in my dream truck. Every sales experience has its ups and downs and this one was no different. I commend Tyler, Kyle and James for their perseverance and realism throughout the entire purchase experience. Also worth noting: The dealership facility itself is amazing! I mean, they have a full coffee bar with baristas, a cool section for Toyota accessories and comfortable waiting areas. More
