We weren't pressured into anything we didn't want and Bryce, our salesperson, was respectful and listened to our needs. My only qualms came nearer to then end of our purchasing experience, when we were shown the final totals for our purchase. The numbers had a few surprises that no one had mentioned to us at any point. When pressed, Bryce said this was only his second lease. We could tell that he was quite new so that excuse was somewhat reasonable, but it was still frustrating to find out the price ended up higher than we had initially expected. I'll also note that the Toyota Care 2 year warranty was never mentioned to us one, but they tried to sell us a number of maintenance plans and extended warranties. We chose one of the maintenance plans, but I have to wonder if we would have done so if we had been told about Toyota Care. For these two reasons I did not give them 5 stars on the price. Again, the experience was a pleasant one, compared to other car dealer experiences I've had. I would recommend Beaverton Toyota and I would certainly go back if I was in the market for another car. However, if I had had the luxury, I would have taken a bit more time to make the decision and would have visited more dealers, just so I could have gotten a more complete picture of what was available the the deal we were getting. More

Exceptional Customer Service Scott did a great job working on finding the car I was looking for. His Manager John Cantwell was so great helping answer any questions that Scott was not sure of. I really liked the teamwork and the strong commitment Beaverton Toyota has to make sure their customers are always happy. I purchased a car from Beaverton Toyota over 15 years ago and came back because of the wonderful customer service and the great work from their service department and I can say they STILL are great to work with. I would STRONGLY recommend Scott Murphy, John Cantwell and Beaverton Toyota!!! Nancy More

Everything you want in a dealership! I had never gone through a dealership before as my very first car was given to me. I always heard horror stories of car salesmen pressuring you into m I had never gone through a dealership before as my very first car was given to me. I always heard horror stories of car salesmen pressuring you into messy deals and being stuck there for HOURS. To my surprise the experience I had was the complete opposite. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was greeted by Muhammad who patiently showed me around the lot, trying to get a feel of what I wanted in a car. Like I said I had never gone through a dealership before so I wanted to see what kind of options I had. After looking at a few different cars I left to see what other dealerships had to offer in the area. I was able to text Muhammad any other questions I had and forgot to ask while I was there. Once I finally decided on a car the paperwork was done in a decent amount of time. Biff and Muhammad thoroughly went through everything I needed to sign off on, leaving me with no questions or doubts. Before I was given the keys to my new car they detailed the inside, washed the exterior, and filled my gas tank! I would recommend this dealership to anybody! More
