I will never use this dealership again to purchase a vehicle. I just purchased a 2022 Kona N-line from them in November. This was my first purchase of a vehicle from a dealership, previously I have paid vehicle. I just purchased a 2022 Kona N-line from them in November. This was my first purchase of a vehicle from a dealership, previously I have paid out of pocket cash for the cars I have driven. I have gone with others to purchase vehicles however and discussed with them the services they have received. As said previously the vehicle was purchased at the beginning of November. It had been 2 months since purchasing, so I went to the DMV to get plates (as my boyfriend who purchased a car from Subaru a week after I bought mine already received his plates.) The dmv informed me that I wasn't on their record to have purchased the vehicle, only the previous owner was. I go to the dealership afterward and then I am informed that they had to filed for a lost title, which I was not informed of when the vehicle was purchased. 2 months later I then finally received my plates. The cherry on top of the cake was that I was also told by the dealership that they wouldn't order different plates for me as I requested license plates different from the standard Oregon tree plates. When I requested they told me to take the plated I receive to the DMV to change them. Not sure about anyone else, but having to take time off work to go to the dmv is inconvenient. Family members have told me that dealerships they have used have ordered the different plates for them. I did not receive an apology for any inconvenience from the dealership at all. More
