Decent experience I had a good experience. not great. Was told paying with a CC was OK, then informed it wasnt. Had to drive to Bank- 90 minutes to buy a car for ca I had a good experience. not great. Was told paying with a CC was OK, then informed it wasnt. Had to drive to Bank- 90 minutes to buy a car for cash was too long. I asked twice for what was done in the 43 point inpection for a used car- and was given a form twice that just said it was done. (still dont know what was done/checked) 2 year/100k warranty was posted on internet, I was then told it wasnt supposed to be there on that car. after all the paper work was finally done, and I owned the car, on the way to the car I was informed they took the car in with only one key- so, that will cost another $200 if I want a spare key- I would reccomend this dealership only because I wouldnt expect to have a beeter experience anywhere else. More

Clean, "clear" dealership Overall, the experience at Beaverton Toyota WAS better than past experiences we have had purchasing automobiles. The dealership has been totally remod Overall, the experience at Beaverton Toyota WAS better than past experiences we have had purchasing automobiles. The dealership has been totally remodeled and is clean, spacious with lots of amenities. Sales staff was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. We were terribly disappointed with our trade-in value. An older-car trade in, to be sure; however, extenuating circumstances of new transmission and new radiator and overall excellent condition of the exterior and interior of the "loaded" vehicle was not taken into account. That piece of the transaction left us feeling as if we had been taken advantage of. We appreciated the "clear" approach the dealership is taking now. It's nice to know exactly what the car price is AND the fact that there's none of the usual dickering so many people hate when buying a car. But again, that "clear" approach meant that we had no contact with the mystery third party that valued our trade-in and were not able to speak directly to that person. The dealership proudly announces that you get "one person; one hour" to make the deal. We were there well over three hours. Finally, if I had not been attentive to the final paperwork, I would have been paying for extended warranties I did not want. Our salesperson had had a long, long day, and the inclusion of those warranties was, I'm sure, an unintended error. Thankfully, it was caught. In the end, we do love the car but are disappointed that a promising start to our dealings with Beaverton Toyota turned sour. More

Oil Change I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited in the service bay for 10 minutes before someone came to help me. Most of the other cars in the 3 ser I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited in the service bay for 10 minutes before someone came to help me. Most of the other cars in the 3 service bay lanes had been moved out. Thanks to Ryan, who came out and said he didn't like to see anyone have to wait too long and said he would help me. After that, the service was conducted fairly quickly. Ryan reviewed the findings and I was on my way. I like that they have free vacuum and car wash, which I also used. More
