Reps are great, service is so-so My 4Runner went in for routine 5k mile service, after waiting for 2 hours, i took it home and immediately noticed a wheel balance issue. The issue was highly noticeable, so I called to bring it back in. My rep said they could get it fixed at my convenience. I took it in first thing (waited in line for the service department to open), but balancing the wheels took nearly another 2 hours. This is after waiting an hour longer than originally told at my first appointment. The frustrating part is I have now spent 4 hours in their lobby waiting for what should be a perfectly good truck... The rep was very nice, but it does not feel like the service mechanics are in any hurry to get their work done, nor to ensure it's being done properly. The wheel balance should have been noticed as the car was pulled out of the garage - but yet I had to find it and bring it back :( More

The service area is new which has just increased the ease of dealing with the service personnel. I make appointments and since the maintenance history is readily available, my wait time is not long. In fact, my last appointment lasted 35 minutes. My service writer explained everything and I was on my way. Excellent. More
The good and bad My service rep was great. He made sure I got a rental car and helped me remove my items from my RAV4. I have always had good luck with service reps My service rep was great. That being said, the kids that work in the dock when you first drive in are rude and annoying. I have never had a good experience with them. I'm always told, not asked, to stay by my car until a rep comes out. As it always takes a while, and I have a bad back, I go inside and sit. The service rep always finds me. As these kids are the first contact a customer has with the dealership, they present it in a bad light. I would suggest maybe some serious training on customer service and basic manners. And, while we are at it, I would never consider buying my next new there. It was a nightmare. More

Slow service The problem is they are consistent in being slow.
