53000 service Great service. Could stand to have less up sells. Will most likely be back for 60,000 mile service and get the extra services then. Great service. Could stand to have less up sells. Will most likely be back for 60,000 mile service and get the extra services then. More

It turned o Mason provided excellent customer service! I came in with my 2006 TC to get an oil change and figure out what a funny noise was all about. It turned out I needed a new engine altogether. I decided on the spot to start shopping for a new car. Asking me a few questions he found me a car that I absolutely love. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He has given me his business number to contact him with any further questions down the roads swell. I would highly recommended Beaverton Toyota and especially working with Mason. More

I came to the dealership with the intentions of being there 2 hours but because I am very indecisive and wasn't really sure what I wanted to lease it look more like 5. Throughout the process Alan was so patient with me and I am extremely grateful! The car I wanted wasn't available at the time so instead of trying to force me to buy a different car, Alan did some research and located the car I wanted at another dealership about 100 miles away. I am so thankful that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He even spoke to my dad throughout the process because this was my first time leasing a car alone. This was huge for me because not knowing a lot about cars, it really made me confident in my purchase when he was willing to explain to my dad everything he explained to me about leasing a vehicle. Alan was able to find me the car that I love and I am so happy about that. If you are looking to lease a car or buy again I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota, their service is excellent all the time. If you are looking to buy or lease and you need someone that is patient, knows what they are talking about, wants you to walk away happy, and honest, I highly recommend Alan! Thanks! More

The vehicle had not yet been prepped to be on the lot and had not gone through the certified program preparation at the time we purchased the vehicle. After looking over the vehicle the salesperson made many notations of items that needed to be corrected before we took possession of the vehicle (front and rear bumper repair and repaint, complete detailing, numerous scratches on the body, plastic clip on rear of driver seat, repaint of driver step surface etc). We were told that the vehicle would most likely be ready to pick up on the 27th or 28th. The salesperson never phoned us as to the status of the vehicle. We called the salesperson on Thurs the 26th and was told the van would be ready on Friday the 27th. We arrived at the dealership at 5:30pm only to find that the vehicle was still being prepared. We were told by the salesperson that the 2nd electronic key was missing, then we were told that the key was there but that it didn't work and so required a new key to be cut at a later date. We went out to inspect the vehicle to find that they had not repaired the front bumper (back bumper looked good), it was obvious by the condition of the vehicle that the salesperson had not inspected it prior to our arrival. The only detail work that had been completed was vacuuming and shampooing the carpets and the exterior was washed, with the exception of the roof where dried dirt was thick underneath the cross bars of the roof rack and dirt and grime around the sunroofs. There was obvious dirt on the dash and interior door surfaces. The seatbelts were dirty with one spot in particular that appeared to be chocolate along with other dirt that could be seen very easily. The remote control and wireless headphones for the DVD system had been removed and were missing from the vehicle (they were located). We decided to take the vehicle for the holiday weekend and were promised by the salesperson and one of the sales managers everything would be corrected and we could bring the vehicle back the following week for correction. Joel Hunt contacted us and made arrangements to bring the vehicle back in for front bumper repair and repaint, complete thorough detail and as well as a couple of mechanical issues that became apparent after our weekend use (warped front rotors and plastic shield that was torn off). We returned the vehicle on Saturday the 4th of June. John told us that our appointment was not until the 13th of June in spite of our instructions from Joel. So we left the dealership and then later called the rental car dept at Beaverton only to find that the rental car had in fact been reserved for us on the 4th, not the 13th as John told us. At this point we went to the service department where we began working with Nick Wart, the best part of our experience was the customer service he provided us, Kudos to him. Nick gathered all the information and regardless of what the service dept had on their schedule he told us to drive the van inside and he would get things taken care of. He listened to our concerns and acknowledged that this was not a good experience and pledged to get things straightened out. He took thorough notes and wrote up the items we needed to have taken care of and again promises that he would follow through. We returned a week later to pick up the van. The front bumper had been taken care of nicely but unfortunately the back bumper now had a large scratch on it while in their care. The shield underneath the car had been replaced as promised. Detailing job was definitely better but luckily we didn't have to pay for it because it was not up to the standard we are used to, at this point I was tired of pointing out the problems. Your dealership did a good job in wearing us down. All in all, a very unhappy car buying experience. We have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership and have never had a bad experience, unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to leave a bad taste in your mouth. We most likely won't be back unless Nick Wart moves to sales. He needs a raise, he's doing a fabulous job with customer service and your dealership is lucky to have him smoothing over the messes that others create, he has a knack for diffusing irritated customers. To this day our sales person has not phoned us after we picked up the van for the last time and we left a voice mail message for him asking about the bag clip/hanger on the rear of the driver seat, which still hasn't been replaced as promised. We requested that the part be mailed to us and we'll install it ourselves. Not a fan of your business at this point, it's too bad because I bought my first new vehicle from your dealership in 1982 and several since then. More

I was worried that if we decided to buy it we would have to haggle over the price. When we got there, the sales rep, Alan M., explained their "clear Price" to us. Basically it is the price listed on the car. No haggling. Everyone pays the same price. No worrying that someone else got a better deal than you because they were better at bargaining. The purchasing process was stress free. None of the BS of the sales rep saying he has to check with his manager on the pricing and going back and forth over the price for hours. We would have been out of their sooner, but we forgot to take our checkbook since we hadn't planned on buying anything that day and we were just going to look. We will definitely go back when we decide to buy another vehicle. More
