The both came home talking about how they found the "perfect" salesman and my husband said then that if we purchased a car it would be form Muhammed. I went back another time to meet him myself with my two adult children and was as equally impressed. Muhammed went the extra mile, no pun intended, he even drove to another dealership on his day off to get the car we specifically wanted. No one does that! I can't emphasize enough how professional he was throughout the whole transaction! We will for sure recommend your dealership to all our friends and family. (Also, I might mention Muhammed was impeccably dressed every time I saw him, which was very impressive). As I would be driving her around all week I knew I had to do something quickly. So Thursday AM I went to Beaverton Toyota and asked if there was any way that they could install running boards that morning. Their accessory man, Rick, had a set in stock and was able to arrange his schedule to install the boards while I waited. An hour later I was off and runnng. You can't get better service than thay. And that's why I've purchased 6 Toyotas from Beaverton Totota. More

Thousands spent trying to find a fix I've requested to be contacted by a manager but no one has followed up. My perception of the situation is that I had taken my vehicle in for service I've requested to be contacted by a manager but no one has followed up. My perception of the situation is that I had taken my vehicle in for service in 2008 and ever since then I've had an overheating issue after having the timing belt and water pump replaced. I've brought it in nearly every other year since and there has been no resolution. It's been ongoing and a fix this, fix that, let's try something else, etc. all to no avail. I've decided to never visit this dealership for service ever again. Granted they do their job and are very communicative when they want money to make more repairs. Once the transaction is over, that's it. No follow up. More
