Amazing Car Buying Experience with great Employees We walked into the dealership about 15 minutes before they closed just to ask a question about availability of a base model Rav4 with plans to come in We walked into the dealership about 15 minutes before they closed just to ask a question about availability of a base model Rav4 with plans to come in to purchase the next morning. We had talked with Celso prior who wanted to take care of us that night. He handed us over to one of his sale members, Chase, and even though we told him we were fine with the next day and didn't want to keep them after he wanted to take care of us that night. He never pushed us towards a purchase, upgrade, or additional services. he answered the questions we had honestly and gave us his opinion when he could help us. Chase was great and even though it was late (we were 100% fine with coming back and finishing the next day, but they wanted us taken care of) he made sure the service never suffered. We drove out of there around 10:45 with a brand new 2016 Rav4 and we couldn't be happier. The entire experience was so comfortable and I never felt for even a minute that we were being strong-armed, lied to, or scammed. I would recommend beaverton Toyota, and ESCPECIALLY Chase and Celso, to anyone buying a car. We will 100% be back for our next purchase (which won't be for a long time with their amazing warranties and service guarantees!!) This is truly how car buying should be and I cannot thank Beaverton Toyota enough!!! More

Painless car buying experience We had narrowed down our search to 2 o3 models of Toyota's. Ajay let us drive our choices & discussed with us the features & selling points of each. He also gave us straight talk re: what we might be looking for, & what we would be paying for, or not, as the case may be. he was not a hard sell AT ALL. The experience with him left a pretty good impression. Then we slept on it, & the next AM we agreed on the car we wanted, got ahold of him, & set an appointment for the actual purchase. We were in & out of there with our new car in just over an hour (this WAS Saturday by now). The paperwork, etc. was pretty simple. We were paying cash for the car, no financing--maybe that would have taken a bit longer, but either way, we had a strong sense that Ajay would have walked us through it rather quickly & competently. Reliable waiting time Took car in for follow up oil consumption test. Be told the waiting time is about an hour and it was. ( I set up the timer for reminding myself). The survey is not well made. Don't ask me what brand is my car. I went to Toyota, the maker should only be Scion, Toyota and Lexus. More
