It wasn't the cheapest I could find, but it was certainly the nicest and the experience there was so unlike any other dealership. Tony came in on his day off to help us close on our car. After a couple weeks we decided it was time to purchase came to BT and Richard Kim helped me to get what I wanted exactly, no hassle, no pushy sales tactics, very respectful on what I was pretty much demanding I wanted or they would not earn my business. I got the deal I was looking for and got an overall excellent experience. I will not think twice about coming back to Beaverton Toyota and will recommend to family and friends. More

Never the appointment of choice I dislike how this dealership has paired me with a particular set of people to deal with me and my car. I don't need a friend. I need the first availa I dislike how this dealership has paired me with a particular set of people to deal with me and my car. I don't need a friend. I need the first available appointment which fits my schedule. Why is this unacceptable? Online and by phone I have to stick with my color group which wasn't chosen by me. If the dealership wasn't so close to me, I'd go to another one. Also, I cannot get out of there without the additional $300 (or more). I have never gone in for an oil change and received just an oil change. There's always something of major import that must be done soon if not today. The people are friendly and I really like Toyotas. More
If you like buying a car that has an issue with it, buy here It's been about three months now since I bought a used car for my 16 year old son. We decided to come to Beaverton Toyota. Everything went pretty well It's been about three months now since I bought a used car for my 16 year old son. We decided to come to Beaverton Toyota. Everything went pretty well, in fact I posted shortly afterward about our experience and rated it great. The car I bought was a 2012 Kia Forte, for around $12,200. Not bad for a first car for a kid. After about two weeks, my older daughter mentioned that the air conditioning only blew out warm air. I thought for sure they must be doing something wrong. Sure enough, the air conditioning didn't seem to be working at all. So I called the sales guy back to explain that there was a huge problem with the car. What did the salesman say? First he asked me how much I had paid for the car. What does that matter? If I paid $5,000 as opposed to $12,000 for a car would I be treated differently? I reminded him I paid about $12,000. He said "unfortunately that is the same as buying a car with a dent in it.". In other words, I was out of luck. Bam. That was it. I was so angry that I couldn't even get a sympathetic offer to have them look at it, or a "sorry" of any sort. The sales guy was also talking back and forth with his boss, or a service manager or someone and that other person asked my name. What does all this matter? A customer should be a customer no matter how much they pay or what their name is. So, I had to take it to Kia on McLoughlin Blvd. to have the car checked out (great customer service, awesome staff)...and I was told the compressor was bad. The compressor was bad! Did Beaverton Toyota even look at this car before they put it out for sale? Would you prefer to go to a dealership that certifies and checks the cars they sell before they set them out on their lot, or do you want to assume that responsibility? Because if you want to take that responsibility on then by all means shop here. By the way Beaverton Toyota, I just bought another car for my 18 year old daughter. It was a 2013 GMC Terrain. I paid around $20,000. Air conditioning works great. Seaport Auto Sales on McLoughlin. I do not recommend anyone goes to Beaverton Toyota. From a Family of 8 (many people, many cars!) More
