I am very dissappointed with Beaverton Toyota. I purchased my car last week and was sold a costly maintenance plan when the car already came with ToyotaCare. No one at the dealership told me about purchased my car last week and was sold a costly maintenance plan when the car already came with ToyotaCare. No one at the dealership told me about ToyotaCare. I came in to remove it from my lease this morning. I was hoping they would remove it and reduce my monthly payments, but the salesperson said it just "comes off"...what??? No paperwork was offered to me to show this. When I inquired about ToyotaCare (I had to investigate and ask them) they told me what I already knew—that it is good for 2 years or 25,000 miles. When I said I would like to add ToyotoCare Plus to extend it to 4 years or 45,000 miles, the salesman informed me that they do not sell ToyotaCare Plus. Why in the world would a Toyota dealer not provide this? I am very unhappy that I was not informed of all of my options (and lack thereof). I do not recommend this dealer. I was lured in by their "discounted" price on the car, but sold an expensive maintenance plan I did not need. They get you somehow. More
