Fantastic experience I was involved in a car accident in Texas 3 weeks ago and if you've ever been in a wreck, you know how much of a headache that can be. I made the mist I was involved in a car accident in Texas 3 weeks ago and if you've ever been in a wreck, you know how much of a headache that can be. I made the mistake of going to Toyota of Portland on Broadway before coming to Beaverton Toyota and the experience was nearly traumatic. My partner and I looked at a few different cars and then sat down to talk numbers with the sales associate. I wasn't pleased with the quote I was given and told the associate I'd like to think on it and come back the next day. Verbal assault ensued. She wouldn't let us leave and was interrupting/talking over both my partner and I. This lady was a shark. After all that we've both been through the past couple of weeks dealing with lawyers, insurance, rental car agencies, doctors, etc. buying a car was going to be the first bit of relief/excitement since the accident. The experience at Toyota of Portland on Broadway was sickening and both my partner and I left shaking and upset. I was incredibly hesitant about approaching another car dealership, and rightfully so, but the experience at Beaverton Toyota was just phenomenal. Tyler was so calm and treated us both like human beings and neither of us ever felt pressured in the least. He was almost completely hands off when it came to me deciding which car I wanted and his temperament is just so relaxing. I would highly recommend Tyler Nelson at Beaverton Toyota to anyone needing to buy a car for any reason. Also-- the number crunching. There was no haggling needed. I was provided the best deal possible right off the bat and it was a way better monthly payment than the other dealership. Car buying can be stressful, especially if you're buying a car after being in an accident. I can't say enough about my experience here. Tyler felt like an old friend.
