Clear I was in search of a limited production vehicle and had been searching for 3 months for the specific build and color. I had talked to 6 dealers in th I was in search of a limited production vehicle and had been searching for 3 months for the specific build and color. I had talked to 6 dealers in the Portland metro area; At Royal more I was told by a sales agent "there is no more to discuss", At Gladstone I was told they could get me the car for $3000 over MSRP, two of the dealers were really pushy about changing my mind of the car I asked for and that what I wanted was an impossible car to get and no one on the entire west coast had one, Portland Toyota had great customer service but in the end couldn't deliver, Finally Beaverton Toyota not only said they could get the car but was honest about the process and time frame, fair pricing came in under MSRP, and delivered one day ahead of schedule. There was a slight hold up on purchase day, as they tried unsuccessfully to match the financing that I had secured through my own bank. I should have been more insistent because I knew that my rate beat the Toyota rate for that vehicle by 1.5% but in the end Alan and i chatted for an hour until they came to realize my financing was the winner. Free food and drinks while we waited. The Clear process is clear and once the financing was decided I was out in 15 minutes. More

I never feel like I am being taken advantage of or am paying for services not needed. He communicates actively and is proactive about what may be needed in the future. He is also flexible and let's me know what services can be delayed and how long, what my pricing options are, and reminds me of my warranty information. I feel like my car is in good hands and know that the work completed is thorough (both in finding solutions to difficult problems and checking even the smallest things). More

The salesman, Ajay Coomber was professional, friendly, and always eager to find the car we wanted and answer any questions. The Sales Department Manager, Josh Ford, was very helpful when a potential glitch occurred in the process.
