Hands free mobile phone system not working well. 2016 RAV4 hands free phone system. The receiving person complains about hard to understand and loud background or road noise at highway speeds. Beaverton Toyota replace the microphone but that did not fix the problem. I was told there's nothing more they could do. I am disappointed with the hands-free system. My 2012 Tacoma hands-free phone system works much better. More

The day we went was slammed and so it took longer than expected to drive away with the car. That being said John checked on us often and made sure we were in the loop with what was happening.
