ADAM BELFORT was very patient, friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain and go back and explain again the many new features. I appreciate that I was not being pushed through. It was just as import took the time to explain and go back and explain again the many new features. I appreciate that I was not being pushed through. It was just as important to him that I understand the myriad of information that needed to be reviewed and that there is a happy ending to it all. I returned on more than one occasion to ask questions and Adam recognized me and without hesitation greeted me continued to follow up and answer questions and took additional time to walk me through and demo the features again. I am enjoying the new Prime it is awesome and am thankful for his assistance. I also want to give a shout out to Javier for answering more questions when I stopped by yet again (it was Adam's day off). The Beaverton Toyota team is friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd, 3rd vehicle I bought from them over the years and they have always given good customer service. I'm glad to know, first hand, in this day n age BT is caring enough to keep on improving and maintaining ways to provide quality control on all the different platforms. More
During a period where new cars are hard to come by due to supply chain, we decided to get a Sienna from Beaverton Toyota. We are fortunate to have David Stephens help us, who was fantastic throughout process. David was transparent upfront about the supply chain issue, what this meant for pricing and wait time. He followed up diligently including getting us a test drive with a rental unit that they had. It is rare I feel a salesperson genuinely wants to help us and cater to our needs. It was a great car shopping experience! More
In the past I have always considered Beaverton Toyota to be one of the premier Toyota dealerships in the area. I've had good experiences with their service department in the past when I had warranty repair be one of the premier Toyota dealerships in the area. I've had good experiences with their service department in the past when I had warranty repairs done. I recently had a very negative experience with trying to determine and repair an issue with my Toyota Rav4. I live on the coast, about two hours from Beaverton Toyota and was in the Portland area. My car was making a bit of noise from the rear end and seemed to be getting louder. I called and was very pleased that they could fit me in on short notice to get the issue looked at (and I hoped repaired). I was pretty unhappy when they told me that they had determined that it was my rear wheel bearing/hub assemblies for both rear wheels. The estimate to repair it was $1600. They didn't have the parts in stock and couldn't repair it at that time. I said thanks and I'll look into getting an appointment to get them repaired after I look around at other options and prices. At that point the Service Department representative I was working with told me that I owed them $161.50 for a "Diagnostic Fee". This was the first I had heard that I was going to be charged for them to look at my car. I told him I thought that was pretty expensive for them to just look at my car and he said it's a "standard fee". I really wish they had told me when I made the appointment or at the service desk about this fee, I would have canceled the appointment and gone with my local coastal repair shop, who doesn't charge me to diagnose problems. I called the Service Manager and the General Manager and left messages. I wasn't called back for the next week, so I called again and was able to finally talk to a person in the service department (not sure if that was the manager or not). He told me that he would "do an investigation" and get back to me. I got a call back a few days later and he said that he was assured by the person who booked my appointment and the service department representative who I was working with that they had informed me of the Diagnostic Fee. When I told him that did not happen, or I would have not even stopped there to get it looked at, he said he had to "back up his employees and he believed that they had told me about this fee". I don't often write negative reviews and find it unfortunate that the management isn't doing the right thing and refunding me for the Diagnostic Fee that I definitely was not informed of. I've always had Toyota Platinum Warranties in the past, so guess I have never been in this position before. I feel like they are calling me a liar, and that makes me pretty angry. $161 is not a huge sum of money, it's really the principle of the matter to me. I guess when I purchase my next new Toyota (and I've had several over the years) it will not be at Beaverton Toyota. I hope this dealership reads this review and at least makes some changes with their policies to let people know about this Diagnostic Fee. It might save them some customers who don't like being surprised with a fee that they were not informed about. It would be nice if their "Transparent Pricing" applied to the service department as well as the sales department. By the way, the repair was done on the coast by a local repair shop for under $800 (USA made parts with a lifetime warranty). Toyota of Newport quoted me $900 for the same job quoted at $1,600 by Beaverton Toyota. Just wanted to be Transparent. More

Had an appointment for 7:30 a.m. to fix a simple tire puncture. It has been 2 hours now and I still don't have my car or an idea of when it will be finished. Absolutely insane! puncture.
