Slow but thorough Making an appointment on-line was quick & easy. I arrived on time for my 1:00 appointment & was greeted within a few minutes, but then had to wait 1 Making an appointment on-line was quick & easy. I arrived on time for my 1:00 appointment & was greeted within a few minutes, but then had to wait 15 minutes before I was officially checked in by Patrice. The oil change took an additional 90 minutes after that. Fortunately the dealer has a pleasant waiting area with free coffee, wifi, TV and comfy chairs. I used a coupon that helped with the price, but I was disappointed that my car was not vacuumed, which was supposed to be included in the service. They did include a free car wash coupon though, which I appreciate! I think the service dept. does a good job, but you have to be ready to be very patient & hang out. More

Efficient, Straightforward, and Friendly Buying Process We went to Beaverton Toyota only intending to test drive a Prius, and ended up trading in our old car and buying a new one the same day. That wasn't the result of any sort of pressure from our salesman (Muhammad Khan) or the dealership, rather the opposite. The process was totally focused on presenting the available options and figuring out what we wanted/needed out of a car, rather than trying to talk us into every possible up-sell. We left happy both with our new car and with the experience, and we feel like we're in good hands for ongoing service. More
