We deeply apologize that you did not get our best customer service, as we try to do so with every customer who come through our doors. For this recall, we do want you to know that there are two parts for the work to be performed. We apologize that you were not informed. The first step is to have the vehicle inspected for the recalled part. We do the inspection first to confirm that the part needs to be replaced, per Toyota corporate. Once the need for replacement is confirmed then an order for the part can be placed. Having to order the part, there is a second appointment that is required, and we do apologize for any inconvenience. Again, we do apologize that you were not informed and we will make sure that your next visit is a better experience with us.
