Awesome Facility I brought my car here for it's first service and was very pleased! They were quick and attentive. I waited for the service to be done in their "lobby" area and was very impressed. Lots of seating (ranging from couches to large tables), including a computer dock area and at two small booths with electrical outlets (which is where I spent my 1.5 hours working on my laptop and hardly missed a beat being away from my office). They also have a cafe where you can get a free coffee (or purchase additional coffee and many food items). They even have a kid area! A glassed in room with toys and with a door where you can hang out with your kiddos without disturbing others). The whole place was very clean as well. More

Leaf Spring Recall I set up my appointment to get the rear leaf springs replaced per a recall notice I received. As part of this service, I went ahead and authorized the I set up my appointment to get the rear leaf springs replaced per a recall notice I received. As part of this service, I went ahead and authorized the 90K maintenance (spark plugs). The service technician informed me that the water pump is leaking so I authorized that service as well. $1,046.16 later, my truck was ready to be picked-up. However, the leaf springs replacement.....the whole reason I set this appointment up in the first place......was not performed! I was told that the product is on back-order and that I would be called when the parts came in. Not exactly satisfied with this experience. Andrew was very good to work with and I'm not exactly sure if this was his fault. The person who originally setup my appointment should have informed me that the product is on back-order so I could have postponed this appointment till Toyota was ready for me. Now I have to through the hassle of bringing my truck back to Toyota to be serviced. More
Unauthorized work Went in for a oil change that after 2 hour was not needed. Unauthorized tire rotation was performed that was not needed since it had been completed th Went in for a oil change that after 2 hour was not needed. Unauthorized tire rotation was performed that was not needed since it had been completed the day before at Les Schwabe. The service manager reason was poor at best, Toyota requires 5000 mile inspection. The general manager has not returned my call. Worst customer ecoerience ever. Have to go back to Les Schwab to reverse the unauthorized tire rotation. More

I found it easier to schedule an appointment (i.e. long wait between the call and the actual appointment). The folks I dealt with were all pleasant and helpful. The wait time while they did the work was as they said it would be, almost to the minute. This was also an improvement over the last time I was there. The cost was less than I expected it to be. I am curious about the better service. I wonder if it is related to the completed construction at the dealership or (she said cynically) if I am now past my two year free service deal and am now seen as a paying customer. Just curious. More

After two hours waiting for an oil change I inquired about the car and they said sorry the service writer had to leave. Left disappointed with this visit. More
