We came into Beaverton Toyota on May 2nd to meet with Neal who unfortunately wasn't able to make it in for our appointment. David Stephens immediately took care of us and worked with Andrew Hudson to get the details Neal was going to share with us based on our refinancing applications we submitted prior. On a side note, Andrew Hudson sold us our very first cars ever at this same location and has worked hard to get us financed and into new cars on more than one occasion. Although we were at the dealership expecting to refinance our current cars, which we had purchased used, David surprised us by mentioning that we could afford to get into brand new 2016 cars. This of course made my husbands' day and we took the time to test drive a 2016 Corolla LE and a 2016 Tacoma SR5. David was never once pushy or salesy. He put us at ease, answered all of our questions and gave us the confidence to say good bye to our first cars and drive off the lot in our brand new 2016s. As we drove our 2007 Tacoma to the dealership the next day to finalize the trade-in a bug hit the windshield and my husband cried out to his truck, "Aw man we've been through so many bugs together!" We then realized we had some sentimental value with our first cars and it was tough to say goodbye but we are so excited to zip around in our new cars, "Shiro" and "Nori", (yes we named them Japanese names) and we can't thank David, Neal and Andrew enough for all the work they've done for us over the past 3 years. We will definitely recommend and return to Beaverton Toyota for years to come! More

Service not done in a timely manner. I made my appointment 4 weeks in advance. The service was not completed on the day I brought in my car. I had to drive a rental which I did not enjoy. I had my car in early and they had 8 hours to finish. Somewhat egregious in my case since I drive an hour to get my service here. More

Auxiliary Battery The auxiliary battery died. Had it towed to the dealership on Saturday morning. When I got there and after talking to 3 different service people the l The auxiliary battery died. Had it towed to the dealership on Saturday morning. When I got there and after talking to 3 different service people the last guy said he was swamped for Saturday but would see what he could do. I had already made an appointment for the following Monday to check the battery. Unfortunately, the next day, Saturday, things got worse and had to have the car towed to the dealership. It was great that they could get me in on Saturday and replace the battery without an appointment on short notice, compared to the last appointment I made for new tires several days in advance and it took over 2 1/2 hours just to put them on. More

Needed headlight, tire & water leak servive All services needed were accomplished, even though it took 2 separate visits. (First the headlight and the tire pressure was fixed, but a water hose l All services needed were accomplished, even though it took 2 separate visits. (First the headlight and the tire pressure was fixed, but a water hose leak was found, which was addressed and fixed the next morning.) Both Dan Martini and my shuttle driver were very friendly and accommodating. I did not require a shuttle drive back to the service center because my friend dropped me off instead. Thanks! More
