Greg was friendly, low key, and knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. When we came back to the dealership to pay for and pick up our Highlander, I had only an expired proof of auto insurance. I was not able to get through to my insurance company, but Greg patiently worked to contact them and was able to get them to fax a current proof of insurance certificate. It seemed as if he had done that previously for clients (he likely had). Anyway it was a great relief and help in the process of paying for and taking delivery of our new Highlander. Greg Parker made buying an automobile at Beaverton Toyota a real pleasure. We particularly appreciated his no pressure approach to our transaction.
