I have only owned my vehicle for 8 months and already I am having the same costly problem with a moldy smell after I turn the air conditioning system off. This is a huge concern as it is also a health issue. I bought the car brand new and I thought buying a more expensive car, RAV4 would eliminate the same problem I had with a Corolla I had previously but no. I had less than 4000 miles on the car and already it has cost me about $130.00 to get the air conditioning unit sanitized which I didn't feel I should have to pay for and will be addressing this also with Toyota Headquarters as I see that there was a class action lawsuit that Toyota lost in California with the Camry. I also looked up other customer complaints and learned that it is with most Toyota vehicles. It is embarrassing to have to tell people in my car what is going on with a brand new vehicle and again mold is a major health concern. I got the we live in the NW garbage and its because of the moisture in the air, well why doesn't that happen with non Toyota vehicles? I had a Pontiac for over 10 years and not once did I have this problem. No one I talked to with other make of car has this problem. I am considering trading in my car and this will probably be my last Toyota purchase. More

Excellent Customer Service Had an appointment on Friday afternoon, but I was able to come in earlier and showed up Thursday without an appointment. They were still able to take me in for my 10,000 mi service and were able to get it done in less than 2 hours. Great and friendly customer service and clean facility! Also had a question about warranty regarding in-house modifications to my 4Runner, and was able to have that answered as well. More

She knew just what she wanted within her price range- a certified used Prius 2 with low miles and decent amount left on the warranty. Beaverton Toyota had one so we went there to check it out. Richard was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. We test drove it an liked it but it was just over our budget. Richard did not give us that tiresome used car salesman aggressive push to buy the car. We checked out the offerings at several other Toyota dealerships. We liked the one at Beaverton Toyota best. They dropped the price the next day so we went back and snagged it. Richard was great- we could not have asked for a better, more genuinely friendly sales person. Their service guy knocked himself out on the final detailing- the car looked like new and my daughter was all smiles! More
