Took a little longer than expected but left happy We came in looking for a new RAV4, we noticed there wasn't as many at there dealer as it stated online. We spoke with the salesman and he told us it w We came in looking for a new RAV4, we noticed there wasn't as many at there dealer as it stated online. We spoke with the salesman and he told us it was at their other lot. He gladly drove us to the other lot to test drive the car. The salesman was very knowledgable about the car which helped us make our decision. After test driving he asked us if we wanted to see payment options on approved credit, so we did. We found a finance option that was in our budget. It was passed our babies bedtime so we said we would come back tomorrow and finish it up. The salesman said we should at least start with the credit report to get the ball rolling, and we could finish the rest the next day. Being a salesman he continued to say "only a few more minutes", lasting at least another hour or so, signature after signature we ended up closing the deal that night. The next day when we came to give the down payment we noticed "the boss" get a little frustrated with one of his employees while we were waiting for our recipt. We were clearly waiting before another employee came up to the boss and distracted him with another sale. All and all very happy with the car, it just took a little longer and felt slightly pressured into completing the paperwork that night. I would still highly recommend their dealership More
