Good experiences I've had my car for about 15 years and have been going back to Beaverton Toyota for my lifetime oil changes since then. The majority of the time my experiences have been pleasant very pleasant. I haven't experienced other dealerships or other makes of car's dealerships, but Beaverton Toyota has made your wait very up to date with computers, comfortable seating, food, drinks, private rooms for families and business people. These services in of themselves are pretty impressive. More

Water Pump/Alignment Replacement I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Beaverton Toyota. I bought my Prius brand new in 2008 from them and have taken my car there f I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Beaverton Toyota. I bought my Prius brand new in 2008 from them and have taken my car there for every service. This visit my car needed a water pump and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Rob was friendly and offered me options. They have a rental car right there that I could choose instead of the fabulous shuttle service. The waiting area is going to be my new "satellite office", it has great tables, wifi, a café with snacks and beverages and I can work on my laptop while I wait. SUPER EXPERIENCE! More

I was a bit early for my appointment but was taken as soon as I arrived. My paperwork was completed easily and I was shown where I could wait for my vehicle. I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee and the service was completed in the time I was told it might take. I enjoyed watching television while waiting and a magazine as well. The work performed on my vehicle was explained to me and I was told when to bring the vehicle in for the next check. I loved getting the free car wash and was on my way. More
