Good service but.... Service was excellent but costly. Went to Les Schwab today to get tires rotated and found I could have had Rear brakes checked and cleaned for $25 in Service was excellent but costly. Went to Les Schwab today to get tires rotated and found I could have had Rear brakes checked and cleaned for $25 instead of the $55 charged by Toyota. So I feel a bit cheated. You guys are great but are VERY expensive. I will be shopping for a new Prius next year but will check other dealers who are closer to West Linn and, hopefully, more cost efficient. Plus your online scheduling service is very unwieldy and NOT user-friendly. I tried to schedule a 95,000 mile lube job online and it wanted me to wait 3 weeks because it could not identify the issue. So I had to call but at least was able to get an appointment in a couple of days. More

Completely Satisfied Nick Wart and the team at Beaverton Toyota were very helpful during my last two visits. Initially, my Solara was in for 50K mile service. That went Nick Wart and the team at Beaverton Toyota were very helpful during my last two visits. Initially, my Solara was in for 50K mile service. That went very well. A few days later all the warning lights came on, I called and was informed I could come in to see if they could fit me in. Nick was there and managed to have my car checked out. Although the technicality of the cause and repair was a little over my head, the bottom line is Nick made sure my car was taken care of, arranged a shuttle to my home and caught me just before I entered the the van to tell me my car was ready. Overall great service and friendly and respectful treatment from Nick. The lounge area is great! More

Bait and Switch It was time for my Prius to have a 30,000 mile service. Beaverton Toyota was my first choice so I looked online and found the service I required adver It was time for my Prius to have a 30,000 mile service. Beaverton Toyota was my first choice so I looked online and found the service I required advertised at $150 and I made my appointment. Easy! Boy was I ever sorry, I arrived within ten minutes of my scheduled time. My service coordinator, Mr. Martini, said my scheduled service would actually cost $159. I mentioned the web price and he said $159 was the actual cost. I was there and said ok. I asked if they had a loaner and was told they don't do loaners but I could rent a car. I decided to wait in the showroom because I wanted to talk to a salesman about the purchase of another Toyota. Ninety minutes later when I went to pick up my car I was told the price was actually $164. I inquired about the difference and was told there was a parts surcharge that was added to all invoices. My question was if there is a surcharge why wasn't it included in the original standard maintenance estimate. Mr. Martini said there was nothing he would do it was just an estimate and I needed to pay the bill to pick up my car. I asked if he at least had my car washed or vacuumed and he said no they don't do that. But, I could take my car to the adjacent car wash. Once he walked away the cashier apologized and said she hears that all the time, many customers are not happy and she did not know why the service charges are not within the estimates. So, note to Beaverton Toyota, you have lost a valuable customer over a measly $14. Why couldn't I have been told of the additional charges upfront like every other auto service shop? Why wasn't the correct price advertised on your web site? This truly felt like a bait and switch maneuver. More

The only part we were frustrated about was his lack of follow through in helping us with reimbursement of car rental fees. He did not return calls. We had to call literally nine times and even now, a month later we are still waiting to be reimbursed that $200. Very frustrating. More

I was recently told that my car is leaking oil "profusely" and the oil in it will not last more than a week because of a valve seal that is not sealing anymore. It has been more than a week now and the oil level has not gone down and there is no oil dripping on my garage floor. These assessments by the techs leads me to question if they are just trying to create jobs for themselves rather than providing an accurate assessment of the car's true condition. When I picked up my car, some of the service coordinators were playing on their phones, telling jokes and even bouncing a tennis ball. Meanwhile, I had to wait for my service coordinator because he was already helping another customer. When I asked the person bouncing the tennis ball if I could get some assistance, he told me that I had to wait for my coordinator to finish with the other customer. All I wanted to do was pick up my paperwork, pay my bill and go back to work. Was it too much effort on his part to get my paperwork? I am also very glad that mats are now in place at the entrance doors. A few months ago (December, I think), it was raining and the floor were wet and slippery with no mats. I slipped and fell in front of the cashier station but it was only another customer that came to assist me, no staff bothered with me. Had I been hurt more seriously instead of just ache and pain that went away with some Ibuprofen, I might have been forced to take legal action. An "are you ok?" from one of the staff would have been appreciated. More
