They showed their care and commitment back to me by dedicating resources to find the car I needed. (It was on a ship to Portland, then destined for Kansas City.) Whatever DP did, the car ended up in their hands. Bridge financing was arranged and I was able to meet a very stringent deadline set by the insurance company. Awesome customer service I blew out my tire on a Saturday evening just before they closed and I called to see what they could do. When I got there they quickly determined it was just a patch job and that they'd do it at no cost to me whatsoever as well as a free car wash! What?! Amazing customer service, was in and out in less than an hour. More

VIP? Hah! I purchased my 2007 Prius from Beaverton Toyota was told I would have "VIP" service as long as I own my vehicle. Well, it's not true! They "upgraded I purchased my 2007 Prius from Beaverton Toyota was told I would have "VIP" service as long as I own my vehicle. Well, it's not true! They "upgraded" their computer system and it's been nothing but hassles every time I bring my vehicle in for service. I have to verbally remind them, Every. Time. When I shoe my annoyance, I get sometimes get the "eyeball roll" from the service tech. Not worth the hassle. I'm not going back. More
