Lack of attentiveness I informed the service agent that I was in time crunch, so I only wanted one service and to be able to leave by a certain time. The agent forgot about my request, which resulted in me being late for the appointment I had after the service. Overall, I didn't appreciate the agent's tone of voice and how he addressed the issues with my service. I have always had great experience with an another service agent, Dennis, but not with other agents. I will not go back for service unless I can get an appointment with Dennis and his team. More

Bad Service I have been here a few times since I bought my car. Take note, this is a company car. First time was to fix a scratch that was pre-existing when I bou I have been here a few times since I bought my car. Take note, this is a company car. First time was to fix a scratch that was pre-existing when I bought the car. What normally would take 2-3 days took a week. On top of that, I had to call and ask where my car was when I didn't hear from them. The second time I went in was for my 5k maintenance. I also told them that my passenger mirror glass has scratches and they tried to blame me for it saying that I scratched it when tried to take the frost off...ummm...no, you idiots. This car has heated mirrors. Then they finally said that it must've happened when they were taking the stickers off during delivery and that they would order one for me and call me when it arrives. It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting. My most recent service was my 10k maintenance. Made my appointment first thing in the morning so that I wouldn't miss too much time at work (they estimate an hour but usually takes 1 1/2 hours). So I sat and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, after 3 hours, I decided to ask where my car was? The service guy said it has been ready for an hour...I called your name out in the waiting room and no one replied, I even called your cell phone number. Weird...cause I never gave them my name or number? It was under the business name. I looked at the paperwork and it was under my bosses name with his phone number. Wow! On top of that, all I smell is coolant when I drive. I assume they spilled some and didn't wash it off since my car isn't overheating. More

Fantastic Service Dept Though the service cost was steeper than I had liked, they did a fantastic job in prioritizing and repairing crucial fixes on timely manner. On top of that, they provided me with a brand new loaner-car for the duration of repair without additional charges! My car drives nicely without steering wheel shaking and no more oil leaks from the cam-chain cover! Awesome people ...! More
