I have had that car, a Corolla, for over 25 years. It now has over 280,000 miles on the odometer. Through their preventative maintenance program that car runs like a Swiss watch. Thanks More

I found the 2014 Prius I was looking for through t I'm from Washington, but making the 2-hour drive down to Beaverton Toyota was DEFINITELY worth it! I found the 2014 Prius I was looking for through the Toyota certified pre-owned website, and got lots of great additional information from the Beaverton website. I didn't want to make the trek down for a car that wouldn't be there, so I called the dealership first, and Ajay said that the car I was looking for was on the lot according to their records, but he wanted to physically make sure the car was there, so he went to actually find it in person, then called me back to verify! I drove down first thing the next morning and was so pleasantly surprised with the whole car-buying experience. The "one-price" system meant I didn't have to play the haggling game (which was a huge relief!) and the "one-person" system meant I didn't get tossed from person to person between shopping, test driving, paperwork, and financing; Ajay knew all his stuff at all points in the process, and was very pleasant to work with. The electronic signatures made the process a lot quicker and easier too. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Beaverton Toyota (and Ajay Coomber!) to anyone looking for a car -- whatever state you're from :) P.S. I LOVE my Prius! More

Lack of attentiveness I informed the service agent that I was in time crunch, so I only wanted one service and to be able to leave by a certain time. The agent forgot about my request, which resulted in me being late for the appointment I had after the service. Overall, I didn't appreciate the agent's tone of voice and how he addressed the issues with my service. I have always had great experience with an another service agent, Dennis, but not with other agents. I will not go back for service unless I can get an appointment with Dennis and his team. More

Bad Service I have been here a few times since I bought my car. Take note, this is a company car. First time was to fix a scratch that was pre-existing when I bought the car. What normally would take 2-3 days took a week. On top of that, I had to call and ask where my car was when I didn't hear from them. The second time I went in was for my 5k maintenance. I also told them that my passenger mirror glass has scratches and they tried to blame me for it saying that I scratched it when tried to take the frost off...ummm...no, you idiots. This car has heated mirrors. Then they finally said that it must've happened when they were taking the stickers off during delivery and that they would order one for me and call me when it arrives. It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting. My most recent service was my 10k maintenance. Made my appointment first thing in the morning so that I wouldn't miss too much time at work (they estimate an hour but usually takes 1 1/2 hours). So I sat and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, after 3 hours, I decided to ask where my car was? The service guy said it has been ready for an hour...I called your name out in the waiting room and no one replied, I even called your cell phone number. Weird...cause I never gave them my name or number? It was under the business name. I looked at the paperwork and it was under my bosses name with his phone number. Wow! On top of that, all I smell is coolant when I drive. I assume they spilled some and didn't wash it off since my car isn't overheating. More
