Long wait, horrible ending. First service appointment on my new vehicle was easy to schedule on the phone. The online scheduling did not work. Actual service 5,000 mile maintenance appointment- not even an oil change, took 90 min (!!!!!!!) I was told by Tarren it would be no more than an hour. It probably would've been longer, but I finally had to ask for my key so I could get my kids in time. I signed my paperwork and was brought back to the gentleman (Tarren) and he gave me my key. Then asked, "Uh, can you remind me again what car was yours?" I told him and he took me out to the back lot, looked to the very end of one row and said, "There it is." He then went inside. I walked all the way down to what wasn't my car. Not a human was in sight, so I had to walk up and down the rows to find my car. This is unacceptable. Never in all of my experiences have I ever had to find my own car after a service. It was always brought up and waiting for me at GMC and Volkswagen. I'm appalled and disappointed. I'll probably be taking my service needs elsewhere as others I've read have done. Have you looked at your Yelp reviews lately? Seems your service department needs some new management and attention. Truly disappointed in the whole experience. More

And it was only that short because adviser Chris personally went over and got my car. Then he tried to charge me $60 ( I have lifetime service). So $60 for an almost two hour wait for an oil change?? No wonder people go to jiffy lube. My first poor experience. More
