We want to assure you that our service department does a thorough inspection on every vehicle that comes through our service bays. With that, an oil change does average to take about an hour to an hour and a half. We do apologize that you experienced a longer wait. We apologize that we overlooked your lifetime oil change. There should not a charge on a lifetime oil change. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and we want to make sure that this does not happen again.
