Upsetting & disappointing My in store experience was ok. Then the following days after I had some questions regarding my car & I called back multiple times & I got the run arou My in store experience was ok. Then the following days after I had some questions regarding my car & I called back multiple times & I got the run around every single time. I tried to leave messages & they promised a call back but i never received one. It took them exactly 24 days to give me an answer once I CALLED AGAIN. Also the representative in spoke to over the phone today 4/16/16 wouldn't let me speak. Would not recommend Toyota in Beaverton to anybody because of their horrible customer service. More

Needed a new car, pronto! So here's the story. I bought my 1999 Ford Ranger about five years ago and never had a problem with it, that was until my transmission died four days So here's the story. I took it to my local Ford dealer and was quoted about $1800 for a new transmission. $1800?! No thanks! On a recommendation from a close friend, I decided to check out Beaverton Toyota and found a Toyota Camry that I really liked, so I made an appointment with a sales rep to check it out. Sadly, when I got to the lot, the car I had my eyes on was gone. Enter Alan McDonald. Alan was nothing short of amazing to work with, and was super helpful in finding me the right car on terms that I can manage. Now, I have less than stellar credit and I told Alan that, and he did everything he could to help me out; and you know what? Today drove off the lot in an AMAZING 2103 Toyota Camry and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alan. Buying and installation of new tires I had made an appointment more than a week before coming in to buy tires for a Prius. I received a quote for the tires the day I was in to service the I had made an appointment more than a week before coming in to buy tires for a Prius. I received a quote for the tires the day I was in to service the car (3-31-16). I called back the following Monday for the appointment on 4-13-16. When I arrived for the service I was told it would take at 2 hours to mount the new tires. You have got to be kidding? What's the use of making an appointment if I have to wait 2 hours. Any other tire company without an appointment can match or reduce the amount of time at a lesser tire cost. More
