Greg Parker helped my wife and me reserve and purchase a 2022 Toyota Highlander. Greg met us as we approached the door to Beaverton Toyota and proceeded to help us reserve the Highlander. Greg was friendl 2022 Toyota Highlander. Greg met us as we approached the door to Beaverton Toyota and proceeded to help us reserve the Highlander. Greg was friendly, low key, and knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. When we came back to the dealership to pay for and pick up our Highlander, I had only an expired proof of auto insurance. I was not able to get through to my insurance company, but Greg patiently worked to contact them and was able to get them to fax a current proof of insurance certificate. It seemed as if he had done that previously for clients (he likely had). Anyway it was a great relief and help in the process of paying for and taking delivery of our new Highlander. Greg Parker made buying an automobile at Beaverton Toyota a real pleasure. We particularly appreciated his no pressure approach to our transaction. Greg is a real asset to Beaverton Toyota's sales force. We'd buy another new car from him any day of the week. More

He is easy experience. David is an exceptional salesperson and made sure he kept in touch with me about potential incoming cars that met my needs. He is the only salesperson out of 5 dealerships I was working with didn’t drop the ball. His attention to details and his ability to locate the perfect car for me is stellar. He stayed true to my needs! Thank you! More
Had an amazing experience with the sales rep Alex Smith. He didn’t pressure at all and was very helpful from the trade in process, selling process, and even showed me the key features of my new car. Smith. He didn’t pressure at all and was very helpful from the trade in process, selling process, and even showed me the key features of my new car. He went above and beyond. And made the entire experience easy. I’ve actually bought 3 cars directly from him now and have sent multiple people his way who have shared the same experience. Having the CLEAR price at Beaverton Toyota makes everything nice and easy too. More
FAIL.....Below is an accurate, real-life story. If you need your Toyota serviced, beware of this shop. To provide credibility, I can say that I've had my car serviced at this location for many, many ye need your Toyota serviced, beware of this shop. To provide credibility, I can say that I've had my car serviced at this location for many, many years. When Russ Humberston Sr. was around, the service experience was excellent. Something has since happened. The quality of service has eroded over the last decade, and multiple experiences with this service department leaves me to categorize it as "A Joke". I've finally broken my loyalty and have gone elsewhere with this parting review. Transmission - I wanted to consider having my transmission serviced. There's nothing wrong, but it's been a long time. I called the service department. The person that answers the phone has no knowledge of cars but attempts to assist. I asked if she could look at my file and tell me if the transmission has ever received any service. I swear, this is actually what happened - She tells me that she can't tell me and that I have to come into the shop. I ask why that is necessary, and she tells me that she can't verify my identity, so she can't tell me anything about my car. Really?! Ok, I carve time out of my day to drive to the shop. When I get there, the service agent that greets me looks at me with glazed-over eyes, wanting to help, but is so over his head that all he can think to do is walk me over to the parts counter. When I finally get first in line and speak with the parts guy, he also looks at me with glazed-over eyes and then prints a couple of pages from his computer and hands them to me - with no answers or information about my car's service. I'm serious - after I carved 2-hours out of my day and used gas to come to the shop, nobody can tell me if my transmission has ever received service. At this point, I'm not even sure if any of these people could identify a piston if they saw one. This isn't the first time that I've experienced this level of service. Year after year, the bar keeps getting lower. Read on if you want to know what happened next. The next day, I called the service department again. This time, there was no requirement for me to come to the shop; instead, the receptionist transferred me to a "Service Advisor". Of course, no one answered the phone, and I ended up in someone's voicemail. It has now been two days, and I've received no return call. So, today I called again. As before, the phone-answering coordinator wants to transfer me to a service advisor. I explain that I've already gone through that process and wonder if I might speak to the service manager. The receptionist agreed and transferred my call! But once again, it's confirmed that every link in this company's management chain is a weak link. The service manager's phone rings several times and then places me into voicemail...of course, the mailbox is full and can't accept any messages. Failure...again. Here, try it yourself - 971-207-4794. This was a super-long review, but I wanted to provide an honest and accurate account of the events. Believe me, I could write a dozen more reviews that highlight the mismanagement of this company. For instance, earlier this year, I saved $1,200 by getting a second opinion from another shop. It appeared that Beaverton Toyota was trying to sell me bogus services that weren't needed. My loyalty has been misplaced for years, and I've been let down time and time again. If you want to hear more about my experiences, then "Like/Helpful" this one. If there's any reasonable following, I'll take the time to list some other true stories of past failures. More
