I remember the games with the paper and the circling of math problems to confuse you and the different people coming over to the table and the contract changes. There was absolutely none of that. I test drove a couple of vehicles. I picked one. I left a couple hours later knowing who my financing was through and done deal. I am only sorry I didn't go several months ago to get my new to me car! More

Below average service experience. Received a notice from Toyota that my 2006 Matrix was being recalled so the airbag could be replaced. Made the appointment and specified that the reason for the service was to replace the airbag. Received a reminder call for my appointment the day before. Took time off work to drive to Beaverton Toyota for the appointment and was told they would need to order the replacement parts, which would take another 2-3 weeks to arrive. Then I'd have to come in a second time to actually have the airbag replaced. Why didn't they go ahead and order the parts when I initially made the appointment and let me know that there was no reason for me to come in, rather than having me come in, order the parts, then have me come in a second time? I was very disappointed with the poor level of customer service. Once the parts did arrive and I'd scheduled the second appointment, everything went smoothly. More

Difficult after trying two different cars (Prius IV & Camry SE) I was not able to get comfortable due to my spinal issues. Both Jessica London & Biff Babineau were extremely helpful and very patient with me. I then spoke with Josh Ford (Sales Manager) about purchasing my old car back. He was able to "undo" the two sales and I was able to get my car back, just paying for what had been done to it to market it. It is like a new car and I could not be happier!! More
