I appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and expertise, as well as their environmentally responsible practices. My recent purchasing experience was very positive. George Sassano, my sales consultant, was very personable, knowledgable, and sensitive to my wishes. He expertly guided me through the sales process, and patiently answered all my questions. Pros: The sales person was knowledgeable about the car the wife and I were looking for. Cons: The selection was poor only two RAV4 hybrid's on the lot. We did not get the color we wanted and had to buy extra options that we really didn't want. Bottom line: So far we are very satisfied with the quality of the RAV4 hybrid and would recommend it to a friend. More

I highly recommended him, in fact I already told my good friend to go see him! He was very knowledgable with the inventory. I was looking for a Prius, as any true Portlander would. New Toyota Prius 2016 purchase I purchased my Toyota Prius 2016 in October of 2015. My experience with the costumer service was well, until It came time to receive my license plate I purchased my Toyota Prius 2016 in October of 2015. My experience with the costumer service was well, until It came time to receive my license plates. The sales representative (Dave) informed me that my license plates would arrive within six to eight weeks. For this a regulated trip permit was issued to of course cover me on the road until my license plates arrived. My first permit expired January 27th 2016. When I called to ask about my license plates they mentioned it possibly being lost or incorrectly mailed. They then sent me an extended permit which has expired as of March 27th of 2016 and have not received my license plates. I have spoken to My sales representative as well as Manager (Andrew) and explained the situation and frustration I was having with receiving an answer as to where my license plates were or when they were to arrive. I have a vehicle that I am unable to drive due to no regulated or state issued license plates. To these unanswered questions I was forced to contact corporate on Friday April 8th, 2016 and was referred to Customer Relations Manager: Cathy Voe, who then informed me that she would contact me on Monday April 11,2016. With information as to where and when I would be receiving my license plates and give me information of when the Department of Motor Vehicles was going to be personally sending my license plates via express mail. I did not receive any messages and did not receive a call back from corporate office who let me know that they would call me back in 24-48hrs with a solution. My frustration with Toyota Beaverton Dealership and Toyota Corporations is that neither have given me any answers, license plates nor a response to my need of a legally registered vehicle. I am not dissatisfied with the product, but however the service or lack of service that has left me asking Toyota what is more important product or faithful returning customer? This time I purchased a Toyota Tacoma TRD, and love the truck and had another great experience! My Salesman, John Callaghan, was a no high pressure guy. He listened to what I wanted, and ensured I got the best rate possible. I really appreciate being able to go into a dealership and not be treated like women sometimes are at automobile dealerships. I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota. Great place to get service done, and a great place to buy a car! More

My husband and I are in school and work full time. Long story short, our loyal car is always falling apart and we don't have time or extra cash to always get things done. Our car had a dead battery when we dropped it off for servicing and we wanted to get the new battery at Costco because that's where the warranty was still good. Your staff pushed our car around, got all the work done and kept a smile on their faces even though the situation was such a pain in the xxx! My imidiate family has bought 8 new cars from Beaverton Toyota since the 1990s and we have brought lots of business to you over time because of the wonderful service you offer...we plan to continue buying our cars from you as well. Thank you for everything Dustin and team! Sorry for being a pain in the xxx! You rock! More
