Our most humble apologies. This is Cathy Low Customer Relations Manager. I personally apologize but am a little confused. You and I did speak, we talked about how your plates were mailed to you January 19th, we verified your address (we had it right), we talked about how your plates have not been returned to us even though our return address is on the envelope. I offered to have our DMV clerk hand walk a request for duplicate plates into the DMV (which we did). We paid for your duplicate plates and I advised you your new plates would take about 2 weeks. We also agreed that when the plates arrived, we would personally bring them to you. We certainly value every customers opinion, both positive and opportunity driven. In this case, we feel we met your needs, timelines and took the extra step to ensure you received the best customer service.

Cathy Low I Appreciate the apology, but actually this is the first that I've heard the mention of my license plates coming in two weeks. Last we spoke you had assured me you would call me back on Monday the 11th of April and did not receive a call back. You stated that you needed to make sure the dates that DMV would have my license plates ready. I appreciate the effort in making sure that this situation is resolved, however never received a call back. As for the original license plates I never received them and my car was purchased October 2015. Communication is a necessary and vital component to a successful customer service experience no matter how many extra steps are taken. A customers feeling as far as having needs met should be important as well. Kindly, Irene
