I went in for an oil change. Ended up agreeing to the recommendation to get a new batterie and some other things. Total cost $600 and something. When I went out to get in my car it was a mess! We had a great experience with Zach at Beaverton Toyota. To credit the dealership, they were not price-gouging based on market availability amd we’re completely upfront about everything. I’d called several dealerships and some were doing things that I don’t even think were legal. Zach kept us updated while we were waiting the arrival of our vehicle, and he was super knowledgeable about the car and could (and did) patiently answer our questions in a way that felt honest and very informative. My only issue is that the transaction from test drive to leaving the lot took a lot longer than anticipated (almost five hours), but I think that was more administrative in nature. I would definitely go back, and happily work with Zach again. More
