Over the course of the following month the correspondence continued to be professional, I was able to set up the finer points of the deal with assistance from both John and Biff, to the point that when I was ready to pull the trigger I just walked in the door and it happened. Biff was straightforward and fair with the trade-in offer, he explained clearly what his criteria were and wasn't cagey at all about the finer points of the valuation. John is a Toyota pickup driver who was a great resource for picking exactly what I wanted/needed in a Tacoma. More

They don't want to pressure you in any way? My Kim helped us and was very nice and helpful he answered all our questions and took as threw the buying all the way threw from stat to finish.
