This is what true Customer Service should be. I was able to set up my appointment on line and enter additional information and concerns regarding what I wanted addressed in my service. As soon as I entered the garage, the staff was quick to get me matched up with the person who would be handling my service. The staff reviewed my requested service and also noted an additional request I had. They provided me an estimated time when the work would be completed. They dropped my off at my job nearby. Shortly there after they identified additional maintenance that should be addressed. They informed me and I approved the work. They did the addition service and still had my car ready for me on time. They picked me up from work and gave me a free car wash. I work in Service, so expect a great deal. I wasn't disappointed. More
