When we found out and tried to return it they only offered us $8k for it. The sales staff at this dealership do not care about their customer's and only care about themselves, even at the expense of a poor old lady who didn't know what she was doing. More

I was more than willing to pay whatever it took to get a second key, as I had been losing sleep worrying about accidently locking myself out. Nick went above and beyond, not only ensuring my service visit went quickly but also helping me obtain a second key. Then, knowing I had struggled with this issue in the past- even got the fee for the key waived for me! Thanks Nick! More

I do not trust anyone else to service my car - he can attest to my pickiness, and concern for my car; I am always apprehensive about leaving my car at a shop for fear of scratches, marring, or other damages being done. I was especially distraught when the new wheels for my car arrived, and I needed to have them mounted to their tires (I waited four months for them to be made, and shipped from Japan); I know most people that feel the way I do about my car would balk at the idea of going to a dealership for this sort of service - there are numerous auto shops in Portland that "specialize" in aftermarket parts dealing and installation; I've had a bad experience at just about each one of these "high end" or "specialty" shops that boast working on exotic, or expensive vehicles, which I have had my car serviced at. I trusted Rick, and I was honestly at a loss for who else I would turn to to get this job done - again, I was extremely nervous about damage being done to the wheels (which were a gloss black). Rick told me that if they damaged anything, the dealership would pay for it - that meant a lot to me, as rarely do I see any auto-related shop assume responsibility for damages. I am used to having to sign a waiver stating that the shop is not at fault if they damage anything (which has happened to me twice before with my car). The technician that would be mounting my wheels was Dan (I'm so sorry Dan, I did not catch your last name!) When I dropped off my wheels, I explained to Dan how I wanted the mounted, my concerns, and stressed to please take his time with the job. Dan took everything that I said seriously, and to heart. Dan did such a great job mounting the tires to my new wheels - there was no sign of damage, he lined up the tire lettering as I had requested, installed the TPMS, and all for an incredibly reasonable fee - I cannot thank Dan and Rick enough for alleviating my fear and stresses about having this job done, and for truly listening to me and ensuring that everything was done correctly, not rushed, and I was taken care of. I live deep into SE Portland, but I will make the longer drive (often 40 + minutes, each way) to Beaverton Toyota over the dealership that is within ten minutes of my house, because Rick has consistently taken exceptional care of my car. Dan and Rick, thank you both so, so much - you have made me so happy, and I hope that you both get the acknowledgement that you deserve for consistently taking the best car of an absurdly picky, and angsty customer like myself! More
