And we bought several cars at this dealership long ago. It was worth the drive to get the honesty and dedication this dealership has always provided. I was the vice chair for the neighborhood association when the plans came through for the remodel of the place. I was absolutely excited at the new LEED building. When I found the vehicle I wanted at the great price I went online and got pre-approval through a lender I trust. I sent a message to the dealership and heard back from Peter super fast letting me know the details on the Scion and make arrangements for me to come and test drive it. I got to the dealership late but he stayed and I was there for a total of like two hours total - that is with test drive, approval, having the car washed again, signing everything and driving off. They were even able to get me a better deal than my pre-approval! He also noticed my car was missing floor mats and a bunch of little things I would not even notice. More

I'm one of those people who don't like change when it comes to someone who looks out for me and I trust as far as cars go as I'm a woman who knows nothing about what needs to be done other than regular oil change- so when Toyota changed things I was very anxious and called Anfrew and he made my appointment with Ed - once I met him my fears were calmed and I hope he stays my advisor and I don't get bounced around.
