WAS NOT IMPRESSED OR SATISFIED I have brought my FJ for service here a couple of times now, and this visit did not impress me. Due to lack of follow thru on the part of the Service I have brought my FJ for service here a couple of times now, and this visit did not impress me. Due to lack of follow thru on the part of the Service dept....I had to bring my FJ back 2 more times. It took a lot of time out of my schedule, and although I very much appreciated the rental car...I still would like to know that the mechanic shop will improve off of this experience and do a better job at following thru before releasing a customers vehicle to make sure everything is working properly and all switches are working. im hoping my next visit will go much better, otherwise, honestly, I will go to Wilsonville Toyota. More

did not perform service agreed to over the phone Dealership contacted me to schedule 25k service. I informed the caller that I had 16k on my 2014 fj cruiser and asked if front and rear differential w Dealership contacted me to schedule 25k service. I informed the caller that I had 16k on my 2014 fj cruiser and asked if front and rear differential would be covered as it is recommended service per the manual as I do a lot of off road driving. I also asked if the transfer case fluid would be covered. She said the differential fluid would be covered but the service adviser would check if the transfer case would be eligible. Once I arrived at the dealership and told the adviser I expected the differential fluid changed, he told me he would have to check with the manager. After about 15 min he came to the waiting room and informed me that it was not covered, I told him when I setup the appointment I asked three times if the differential fluid would be covered and was told it would be. He then told me he would check again, I never heard back from him until the car was done. At this point I was throughly disappointed in the way I was treated. I was told that they listened to the call and that they determined I was never told the diff fluid would be changed. Again, I clearly remember being told that the diff fluid would be changed, but the transfer case may not be. The service adviser then told me that it is NOT even recommend to change the diff fluid until 30k miles. I then showed him that in my Toyota provided service manual it is indeed recommend under certain conditions. He then proceeded to tell me that the service Tech checked all the fluids and they did not recommended to change it. Nowhere was it documented on the multipoint inspection that the diff fluid was inspected. Unfortunately so much time was wasted going back and forth with the adviser that I had to go back to work, and was not able to talk to the Manger More
