This is the 2nd time since buying my 4Runner last August, that I've been for service. The first was to install some dealer addons and the 2nd was to perform my 5k service, as well as install a lift on my truck. The moment I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a service advisor, my information taken and within a few minutes, I was on my way to work via the BT shuttle. Later that day, I received a call from Rick Hernandez that they were delayed due to a technical issue with my lift. This was not the service department's fault, but due to waiting for a response from the lift manufacturer. That they took the time to make sure that they had everything they needed before installing the lift, gives me great confidence in the BT service department and especially Rick. Since my truck now wasn't going to be ready until the following day, Rick arranged a loaner through the rental department. I wasn't expecting my truck to be ready until the following afternoon. To my surprise, Rick called me at 9am the next morning indicating that my truck was already finished and ready for pickup. The service tech working on my 4Runner had stayed late to complete the work! My truck drives great, after the lift, the alignment is perfect and I truly appreciate Beaverton Toyota's service department and Rick, personally, for going the extra mile for me. Thank you very much! Keep up the good work, folks! You have a very loyal customer now! More

Quick and easy I came in to report a faulty battery for the second time. After the first incident you recharged the battery and reported that it was holding the char I came in to report a faulty battery for the second time. After the first incident you recharged the battery and reported that it was holding the charge and there seemed to be no need to replace the battery. The second instance indicated that the existing battery was indeed faulty and a new one was installed without question which satisfied my expectations. The installation was done in a very short space of time and your service attended suggested I made a reservation for my next service. This did not seem relevant since I had done only a few miles since my last service. More

Robert bent over backwards to help us trouble shoot the problems we where experiencing with our Yaris and in approx 14 days we got our car back and it's doing awesome! In the future, provided Toyota starts appealing back to the performance, "sports cars" category we will be back. You can only own so many fuel effeiant vehicles. More

Mystery noise from under the hood My Tacoma truck had odd chirping noises coming from under the hood. I could not find anything amiss as the problem only occurred after driving around My Tacoma truck had odd chirping noises coming from under the hood. I could not find anything amiss as the problem only occurred after driving around on a warm day. Took the truck in for diagnostics and son of a gun the tech's found the source. The belts were cracked and the small give in the belts was just enough to cause the odd chirping. New belts fixed the problem. The waiting room is nice with comfortable chairs. More
